which traverses grapevines planted
in rich clay soil, there where
Chardonnay courts flowering almond trees,
Merlot hums in harmony with woodland birds,
and where sage Grenache flourishing here for thirty years
is to marry young Syrah from the east bank
to give birth to rich full-bodied wines alive with fruit and pleasure.
Naturally the vineyard is managed with respect for the beauty and diversity
